Dark Ale, bottled and sittin' pretty.

Just bottled up the Coopers Dark Ale Home Brew. 40 Stubbies and 12 long necks. Now it's a three week wait for it to do it's final thing, all looking good. It was meant to be bottled on Sunday, but due to Jemenna pulling up stakes at the Blackburn Road address and headin' to a bigger and better(?) premises, 250 office desks along with mobile pedestals, chairs petitioning and various other bits and pieces had to be out by Sunday arvo. Eight truck loads all up between Friday and Sunday, and due to the Engineering Department of Monash University holding an open day last Sunday, 53 x 1800mm sq petitions, along with registration counters, bar tables and stools in on Friday evening and out on Sunday arvo, and also due to the All Blacks playing the Aussie team at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night. 65 Bar stools and 25 Bar Tables, Ottomans, Partitions and other bits in on Saturday Morning to one of the VIP rooms and out at Midnight. This boy hardly had time to scratch himself, let alone bottle up the important Home Brew, but he did rack up a shitload of overtime. Then all Monday was spent dragging all kinds of furniture around the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton Gardens for the Melbourne Art Fair. By the time I got home on Monday evening I was pretty shagged and had no desire to wash multiple beer bottles. The Home Brew brewed for two extra days. Mmmmm I wonder if it will be a little more potent than usual. Three Weeks will tell.
