The End Of Exam Time, For Now...

Thank fuck the exam season has finished. Thousands of exam tables and bunny chairs have been packed, stacked and racked, for now... It all comes around again in October. You just gotta love a good cycle. These last couple of weeks after the exams have been a breeze, nice cruisey days at work, no pressure, take your time, no need to bust a sweat but we'll still pay you the same.. Thanks guys thats my favorite kind of work day.

Here's a bit of goss, Tomorrow we are about to deliver a stack of office chairs and a little bit of office furniture to Liberal Party HQ in Melbournes CBD. This means all the Head Libs are gathering to discuss election strategy, which in turn means an election will be called very soon. Are YOU enrolled.

It's hard to take our new PM seriously when she sounds a bit like a bloke from the bush. But I still hope she can pull it off, and how much shit will hit the fan about her saying "I don't believe in God". Imagine if a US President said that. 'Oh My God', or should that be 'Oh Your God' Also she is about to live in sin in the Lodge, shackin' up with her boyfriend. The Liberals are frothing at the mouth. God Bless Her Little Cotton Socks, oh wait a second, she doesn't believe in God, He wont be blessing those little socks.

OH My God, How Slow Is Dial Up.....

..... 22 days into our plan and we have exeeded our Down/Up load limit of 200gig and I'm dieing here of slow fatigue. I think we have reverted back to dial up speed. How ever did we exist on dial up???? My computing is suffering, my PS3 is suffering and I am suffering, the thought of another 10 days at this speed is not a pleasent thought. Deal with it Bro, after all, the latest episodes of all those fave TV shows and movies and music are right there for me to entertain myself with. Yeah but....

Work has been fun. Keeping me occupied, topping up the bank balance and all that. And this weekend we wish Queen Lizzie a Happy Birthday (as if we really care) and we get to sleep in on Monday, Hooray Fuck... Last week saw Deakin Uni start more Exams and this time over 2,000 tables were set up at the World Trade Building at the corner of Flinders and Spencer here in beautiful Melbourne. Suffer you Fuckers taking those exams as we who painstakingly set up rooms of tables and chairs toiled over those tables. Precise measurements using tape measures, guide lines of string and absolute perfection in their placement, only to have students walk in and knock them all out of kilter and not really care. How exciteed am I to think than next weekend we (the Valiant workforce) will be in there for 12 hours on Saturday and probably the same on Sunday to move them all out again. Hooopla. Oh yeah, and not to be forgetting all the exam tables that went into good ol' Festival Hall. Mario Milano would be freakin' out.

Not.. My Favorite Things.

Sung to the tune of "My Favorite Things" a classic Julie Andrews. Another fine example of how much the Sound Of Music has etched it's way into my life. (see my First Blog entry).

Exam desks for Swinburne & exam desks for Deakin,
Hundreds of white bunnies that stack up behind them,
Wiping them all down with cleaners that sting,
These are not my favorite things.

Tape measures out so as to exactly align them,
Blisters on fingers from multiple unfolding,
Heaps of straight rows all lined up by string,
These are not my favorite things.

When the day ends,
When it's home time,
When I'm feeling mad,
I simply remember that beer's in my fridge,
And then I don't feel so bad.

Julie Andrews was hot...

Time Flies Whilste Driving a PS3 Consol

Yeehaaa, Finaly clocked Red Dead Redemption, I completed all 57 main missions. The target was all 57 missions within 30 hours of actual game time so as to collect another trophy. 30 hours equates to 1 day 6 hours, and, fuck it all, my time when completed was 1 day 6 hours and 6 seconds. It appears I have missed out on that trophy by 6 seconds. Oh well shit happens, now I can take my time completeing all the trivial side missions and also consentrate on making my way up the ladder in multiplayer. Sill just a Greenhorn in multiplayer so the next few weekends, when not clocking up more overtime hours at work (more on that later), is too play hard and shoot the shit out of all I meet on the multiplayer platform. Mirsch might be a greenhorn now but just you watch out, he's a gunnin' for ya.
